Fees of consultations:
The consultation fee is 70€. A consultation lasts on average forty minutes, according to the type of pathology and the chronicity of this one.
Your osteopath generally proposes a second to you go after the meeting. You are free to cancel the appointment if you are better, but it should be known that a chronic pathology (as from 3 months) is not treated in one meeting. You will have to count 3 meetings on average.

Before a meeting:
Try as far as possible to bring all the radiological stereotypes (scan, IRM, Radios, etc.) recent at the time of the first session of osteopathy. Indeed, it is essential for your therapeutist to know all the details of your anatomy, and in particular of your cervical rachis before any handling.
If you underwent an important traumatism and that signs such as giddinesses, migraines, bleedings, steppage appeared since, consult a general practitioner before taking appointment with an osteopath.

Conclusion of a meeting:
Following a session, you will generally feel yourselve tired. The pain, which can be the reason for consultation, generally increases after a meeting, and strongly decreases in the 48-72h which follow. The goal of the first meeting is above all to free the injured articulation. As it is specified higher, for a chronic pathology, it will be necessary more than one meeting for you.
For pathologies rather with visceral localization, impressive results can be made known at the end of the first consultation, like the return to the saddle for a constipated patient. However, if the primary lesion, or the phenomena of adaptation (for a chronic pathology) are not treated (and it is rather rare that they are it at the time of the first meeting) the reason for consultation will return quickly.

If you have giddinesses, migraines, or made faintnesses following a consultation of osteopathy, consult your attending practitionar initially and hold with the current your osteopath.

Assumption of responsibility of the care of osteopathy:
A good number of mutual insurance companies deal with the expenses of osteopathy. It is enough for you to ask your mutual insurance company if it agrees to refund whole or part of the care.
